I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

The concierge Upgraded us for an extra 100 per night to a bigger wished room. We traveled with a dog and needed the floor space

The room was exceptionally clean and had a brilliant view of the Empire State Building. The lobby bar was lovely - smelt divine, service friendly and stocked our favourite drinks!
